Customer Support Done Right

We are a family business started by three fathers and know how important every customer is to us, including you. We don't have the vast financial resources of other meal kit companies, but we have something they don't - a commitment to people, not profits.

We started Gulliver's Pantry to create the perfect meal kit for our family, and every time we gain a new customer, it's like they are sitting down with us at our dinner table. Frankly, we don't even like the term "customer support." We just think being available to our customers and helping them however possible is simply the right thing to do.

How do Gulliver's Pantry meals work?

Our monthly service delivers four meals for four people made of premium non-perishable ingredients to your home. We enable you to easily cook a meal in less than 15 minutes. Always. We take care of the menu planning and shopping, you cook whenever you want to.

How do I change my meal selection?

Our monthly service offers you full flexibility. Until five days prior scheduled shipment (check your account here) you are able to configure your next monthly service just as you like. Select your favorite configuration out of more than 40 meals. If you do not modify your selection, we will stick with it until you decide to change it.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide to the contiguous United States.

How long can I store a Gulliver's Pantry meal box?

We give all our products a minimum shelf life (or rather pantry life as we would call it) of at least 3 months after delivery. Please carefully read the information leaflet in every meal box shipped to you for further details.

What ingredients do I need at home?

When ordering a Gulliver’s Pantry meal box all you need is water or milk, a pot and some dishes. A really good vegetable oil is the only staple you shall have at home. We work on offering a prime selection of vegetable oils soon!

What about GMOs in your meals?

We only buy non-GMO products. Period.

How many calories are in each meal?

Please check the information leaflet in every meal box shipped to you for further details.

How do I redeem a gift card or discount code?

Just select your meals, go through the buying process and enter your gift card or voucher number at check out.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

If you aren’t home when your Gulliver’s Pantry meal box is delivered, the shipping carrier will typically leave your order at your doorstep. Our meals are non-perishable so they will be fine until you get home!

My meals were damaged in shipping. What should I do?

If your meal or any parts of it weren’t in good condition, we want to know! To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us with a photo at support@gulliverspantry.com.

Sometimes I think I see little white dots on the big, green olives. Should I worry about this?

Not at all. The “dots” you’re seeing are actually naturally occurring yeast spores on the skin. In years with a great deal of rain, these yeast spores become more pronounced and appear as white spots. In drier years, the spots may be very light and difficult to see with the naked eye, but nevertheless present. They are a characteristic of the variety and proof of authenticity.

Who should I contact with a food vendor/supplier inquiry?

For food vendor/supplier inquiries, please contact us at support@gulliverspantry.com. We focus on imported specialties but also welcome domestic sources of premium and innovative products.

Can I recycle my box and packaging materials?

Yes. Unlike many other meal boxes, Gulliver’s Pantry focuses on premium non-perishable products, imported from first class producers. This means even less packaging than goods shopped at a supermarket. If possible we replace heavy glass jars with ultra light pouches to reduce overall weight. No heavy liner or insulation, no gel or ice packs, no second cartons per product, no show-off packaging with little content and lots of air. We pack lean and efficient but with loads of taste and quality!

How do I pause, cancel, and reactivate my Monthly Service?

It’s easy. Visit your “My Account” page in the customer dashboard or send us an email to support@gulliverspantry.com. We instantly pause or reactivate your monthly service.
